Routine measurements of glycosylated therapeutic proteins for similarity assessment, process development and stability studies
Analysis of N-glycans using HILIC-UPLC
Structural characterization of proteins via FTIR-, CD-spectroscopy and nanoDSF
Development and qualification of analytical methods
Independent evaluation and compliant documentation of experiments as well as compilation of reports
Maintain and improve the quality standard of the laboratory including responsibility for equipment
Technical assistant (e.g. BTA / CTA / MTA) or Bachelor degree in a life science field or similar qualifications with experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry
Hands-on experience in protein analytics
Experience in N-glycan analysis or protein spectroscopy is considered advantageous
Very good team player, result oriented, well organized, proactive, problem solver and able to work independently
Fluent in written and spoken English required, German knowledge is desirable
Proficient in MS-Office
German work permit is mandatory
