Your responsibilities:
- Routine measurements of glycosylated therapeutic proteins for similarity assessment, process development and stability studies
- Analysis of N-glycans using HILIC-UPLC
- Structural characterization of proteins via FTIR-, CD-spectroscopy and nanoDSF
- Development and qualification of analytical methods
- Independent evaluation and compliant documentation of experiments as well as compilation of reports
- Maintain and improve the quality standard of the laboratory including responsibility for equipment
Your qualifications:
- Technical assistant (e.g. BTA / CTA / MTA) or Bachelor degree in a life science field or similar qualifications with experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry
- Hands-on experience in protein analytics
- Experience in N-glycan analysis or protein spectroscopy is considered advantageous
- Very good team player, result oriented, well organized, proactive, problem solver and able to work independently
- Fluent in written and spoken English required, German knowledge is desirable
- Proficient in MS-Office
- German work permit is mandatory
